Gramling, SC – Ronald R. “Ron” Price, 72, of Gramling, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Denise Fitchett Price and the son of the late Ruth and Truett Price and M. L. Morrow. Ron was retired from auto sales.

He loved golf, the UNC Tarheels, and all the children who came through his life. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Dana Murphy and her husband Chuck of Myrtle Beach; Grandsons Trey Murphy (Meg) of Chicago and C. J. Murphy of Myrtle Beach; a sister Cathy Bell (Mike); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Jean Fitchett; special cousin, Brenda Jenkins; nieces, nephews and cousins; and a fur baby, Noah Price. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Thomas and Martha Hodgins; brothers, Gerald Price, Darrell Price, and Todd Price; aunts and uncles Ann (Earn) Hubbard, Blanche (Ron) Osborne, J.B. (Sara) Hodgins, and Earl Hodgins.

Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Bobo Funeral Chapel followed by memorial services at 3:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Daniel Blackwell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, #teameaston, 5950 Fairview Rd.
