Cowpens, SC – Cecil Daniel Foster. Sr., 87, of Cowpens, died Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Regional Hospice Home. He was the husband of the late Gladys Sizemore Foster and the son of the late Norman and Lydia Henderson Foster.

Mr. Foster worked for Asplundh Co. as a foreman in tree cutting. He was a member of Glendale Baptist Church and a motorcycle fan. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Allen of Glendale; a son, Charles Foster and his wife Debbie of Florida; two brothers, Bob and Wayne Foster; two sisters, Carolyn Cantrell and Maggie Killis; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two sons, Danny Foster and Jerry Foster, and seven siblings. Visitation will be 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m., Monday, September 10, 2018 at Glendale Baptist Church followed by services at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev.

Daniel Blackwell. Interment will be in the Glendale Community Cemetery.
