Ronald William Nidetch, 81, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018. He was born December 23, 1936, in Albany, NY, of the late Charles and Lillian Nidetch. Ron was retired from the U.S. Air Force, serving in both the Korean and Vietnam War.

After his retirement from the Air Force he worked at WPAFB, retiring after 21 years. Ron is survived by his wife of 58 years Shirley; children Linda Wittman, Kenneth Holman, Robert Holman, Ron Nidetch II and Stephanie Walls; 8 grandchildren: 23 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren. He preceded in death by his daughter Debra K. Davis; grandson Gary Arnold; and granddaughter Tiffany Nidetch.

Private services were held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.
