Obituary of Ronald Brown Ronald “Ronnie” Jeffrey Brown, age 66, of Ramseur died Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Brown was born November 14, 1952 in Chatham County to Joseph and Louise Brown. Ronnie was a 1971 graduate of Eastern Randolph High School where he was a member of the baseball team.

He attended Mitchell College and UNC-Chapel Hill. Ronnie was formerly employed with Pegram West Building Supply in Greensboro. He had a gregarious personality, and everyone loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Denise Foust Brown; daughter, Alyssa Gaetani of Garner; son, Brandon Brown Goodwin, of CA; grandson, Matthew Gaetani; sister, Nancy Allred of Ramseur: brother, Bill Brown of Ramseur. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 1:15-2:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Dwight Hooker officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Humane Society of Randolph County, P.O. Box 4384, Asheboro, NC 27204.
