Rose Ann Cox, age 80 of White Plains, Maryland, died March 17 2019 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. Rose Ann was a Director of Communications for 30 years with Physicians Memorial Hospital in La Plata, Maryland. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Plata, Maryland.

She was dedicated to her church, friends, and her community. She coordinated the Retired Employees of the hospital’s get-togethers each month and was a Volunteer Care Giver in the community. Most of all, she enjoyed time spent with her family.

She was the daughter of James Columbus Reintzell and Mary Magdeline Bridget Reintzell. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, James D. Cox and her son, Patrick L. Stonestreet. She is survived by her children, Phillip L. Stonestreet, Jr., Patricia L. McWhorter (Mark) and Paula Lisa Frazier; her daughter-in-law, Christine Stonestreet; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Danielle (Ronald), Erick, Carly (Branden), Anna, and Molly.

She is also survived by six great grandchildren. Friends received on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM with prayers at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Service (La Plata, Maryland). Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (La Plata, Maryland) with Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
