Rose Marie House, 63, of Sanford, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior September 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 11, 1955 in Johnston County, NC to the late Mavis and John Sanderford. Rose was preceded in death by her husband Robert House, two sisters Hazel Sanderford and Betty Sanderford, and a brother Jack Sanderford.

Rose loved working with her sons at their family owned business where she enjoyed meeting customers and new friends. Her hobbies… Read More » included playing basketball and shopping. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by two sons Sherwood House and Robert House and wife Melanie; two sisters Phyllis Gullie and Lena Stone; two brothers Joseph Sanderford and Paul Sanderford and wife Frances; and nine grandchildren Robert House Jr. and wife Alexis, Angela House, Joshua House, Wayne House, Logan House, Destiny House, Bethany House, Addison House, and Sherwood House Jr ; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday September 11 at Miller-Boles Funeral Home in Sanford. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 12 at 4PM at Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Lemon Springs with Pastor Steve Simpson officiating.

Interment will follow at Buffalo Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation at P.O. Box 1848 Longmont, CO 80502. Services are entrusted to Miller-Boles Funeral Home, Sanford.
