Rose Marie (Payne) Taylor, age 82, of Mt. Vernon, KY, passed away Monday, November 5th, 2018 at the Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born February 20th, 1936 in Spiro, KY.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, Gatlinburg site seeing and traveling. Those left to celebrate her life her children: Gayle (Dale) Scoggins of Brodhead, KY; Melvin Lloyd Taylor, Jr. of Mt. Vernon, KY; Charlotte Ann Hansel of Mt.

Vernon, KY; and Cyndie (Danny) Offutt of Mt. Vernon, KY; her grandchildren: Jason Dale Scoggin, Ashley Danelle Clark, Kacy Jade Nicely, Karah Danielle Taylor, Courtney Marie Hansel, Whitney Lee Sizemore and Brittany Renee McClure; eleven great grandchildren; her brothers: Jackie (Jenny) Payne of Mt. Vernon, KY; and Tom (Tincy) Payne of Mt.

Vernon, KY; her sisters: Joyce Ann Norton of Mt. Vernon, KY; Sharon Faye (Jerry) Poole of Hendersonville, TN; and Jennie (Doug) Singleton of Mt. Vernon, KY.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister: Dottie Jo Payne. Services for Rose Marie Payne Taylor are incomplete at this time.
