Rose Hills, 83, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri. She was born May 22, 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of the late George and Helena (Thiel) Palaska. On January 14, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri she was united in marriage to Elwyn H. Hills who preceded her in death on September 25, 2014.

Survivors include: Sons, William Hills (Deb) of Spring Hill, KS: Jeff Hills of St. Louis, MO Daughter, Laura Lees of Scott Depot, WV Twelve Grandchildren, Amanda, Melinda, Brian, Nicole, Mira, Jace, Annie, Chris, Robert, Maggie, Chad & Tyler Eleven Great Grandchildren A son, Kenneth Hills preceded her in death. Rose loved her family and working her farm. She greatly enjoyed attending local auctions where she would often purchase items to be sold at the Eldon Senior Center store.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 4:30 PM with Rev. Steve George officiating. Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in her name are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
