Rose M. Seiger, 91, of Davenport, FL passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at The Crossroads in Davenport. She was born September 14, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Guiseppe and Guilia (Bisignano) Speranzo. Rose moved to Davenport in 2009 from Philadelphia, and worked as a line worker at a box factory.

Rose was kind and generous to everyone who had the fortune to know her. She loved playing bingo, doing word puzzles, and enjoyed cooking for her family. Her spaghetti and meatballs were made with love and were always considered a special treat.

Rose was an enthusiastic and loving woman. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, always making sure they had a meal and an allowance. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth M. Seiger Sr. on Aug 16, 1996; and 5 siblings.

Rose is survived by her son, Kenneth Seiger and wife, Sharlene of Aston, PA; daughter, Diane Sacks and husband, Richard of Davenport, FL; sister, Louise Grato of PA; grandchildren, Anthony and Amanda; and great grandchildren, Joseph and Grace. A Visitation will be held Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until the service at 3:00 p.m., all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, with Deacon Richard Demers, officiating.
