(nee Sanford), of High Ridge, Missouri was born October 29, 1951, in East Saint Louis, Illinois to Walter David Jr. and Laverne (nee Davis) Sanford and entered into rest Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Saint Louis, Missouri at the age of 67 years and 27 days. She is preceded in death by, her parents, and her husband Dale Robinson, She is survived by, One (1) brother Walter D. (Bonnie) Sanford III, One (1) step-child, Jill Robinson, Two (2) nieces, Heather (Robert) Ledee and Hilary Sanford, Two (2) great-nieces, Shelbi and Mackenzi Morse, Two (2) great-nephews, Noah and Lucas Ledee, One (1) best gal-pal, Lil, One (1) life long friend, Donna Lacombe, Two (2) beloved pets, Max and Milly, Along with many family and friends. Roseann was an animal enthusiast and activist.

She spent a lot of her time helping at church. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO.
