Obituary for Raymond E. Blakemore Raymond E. Blakemore Blakemore, Raymond E. of Webster Groves, Missouri was born December 29, 1938, in Richwoods, Missouri to Abidgha and Ella (nee DeClue) Blakemore, and entered into rest, Monday, November 12, 2018, at his residence in Wester Groves, Missouri, at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 14 days. He is preceded in death by his parents and spouse Gerlinde (nee Schaaf) Blakemore, granddaughter Ashley Minshall and siblings Blanch Trustee, Betty Reisch, John Blakemore, Ronnie Coleman, Louis Coleman. He is survived by, Two (2) children, Doris M. (John) Vancleave and Joe (Karen) Blakemore, five (5) grandchildren, Ryan (Mary) Blakemore, Katie (Greg) Stelzer, Andrew Minshall, Amber Minshall and Megan Blakemore Seven (7) great-grandchildren, Haylie Minshall, Abram Blakemore, Augustus Blakemore, Louis Blakemore, Penelope Stelzer, Blake Stelzer and Adaline Blakemore Five (5) siblings, Madelyn Coleman, JoAnn Nelson, Rebecca (Max) Jones Barbara Frye, and Elaine (Joe) Dorbuchezk, along with nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.

Raymond loved working and collecting cars, playing his guitar and singing Hank Williams songs. He enjoyed Studebaker cars and spending time with family. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be Monday 11-19-18 from 12-2 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 10301 Big Bend Road, Kirkwood, MO. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
