Obituary for Ray L. Thomas Thomas, Ray L., of High Ridge, Missouri was born March 3, 1928 Blair’s Cree Township, Shannon County, Missouri, to Shade and Lola (nee Williams) Thomas, and entered into rest, Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the age of 90 years, 2 months and 6 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Bernice (nee Tripp) Thomas and five siblings Thelma O’Dell, Irby Thomas, Harold Thomas, Ira Thomas and Gentry “Ray” Thomas. He is survived by, Two (2) children, Susan “Anita” (Alan) LaRue, and Steven Thomas, Four (4) grandchildren, Robert (Angela), Kari (Jonathon), Kristin and Steven Jr., Four (4) great-grandchildren, Kylee, Madison, Kadin and Olivia, and many other relatives and friends.

Ray was a U.S. Army Veteran and he worked as a Teamster union member truck driver for Wetterau for more than 40 years. He was a mandolin, guitar and fiddle player who enjoyed bluegrass music and finding deals. Music was his life.
