OBITUARY Roseanna Morgan Catoire February 14, 1950 – January 7, 2019 Roseanna Morgan Catoire passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019. She was 68 years of age. She was the beloved wife for 47 years of Edward A. Catoire, Jr.; mother of Frankie Leggio Birkhoff (Francois) and Edward Allen Catoire III (Melanie); and loving Nana to her grandsons, Evan A. and Mason A. Catoire.

She is also survived by many loving family members, including in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by Frank C. Leggio, and her parents, Joseph E. Morgan and Beatrice Giovingo Morgan. Roseanna was born and raised in New Orleans.

She attended St. Matthias and graduated from Fortier High School in 1968. She worked for Blanchard and Co. and State Farm for many years. Roseanna loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.

She was a life-long Saints fan, and enjoyed playing Bunco with her friends. The family would like to thank all of the medical staff who cared for her over the years… especially Dr. Kenneth Smith. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd.

(in Metairie Cemetery), New Orleans, on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
