Rosemary Hinson Smith, age 63 of Petersburg died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Smith was a native of Maury County, and she was the daughter of the late William Neal “Bud” and Velma Louise Fox Hinson. She formerly worked at Moon Pencil Company and was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Wayne Hinson. She is survived by her aunt, Esther Groom of Columbia, uncle, Larry Fox of Spring Hill, one nephew, several nieces, and several cousins. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Jones Cemetery on Bear Creek Pike.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
