Rosemary L. Fitzpatrick, 57, died peacefully at her home on April 11, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. Born Sept. 7, 1960 in Ankara, Turkey to William and Virginia Ellis, she lived in Columbus and worked for many years at Battelle.

Rose grew up in Shoreline, WA and it was there that she joined and served in the US Marine Corps. Rose enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, Seattle Seahawks and loved her cats very much. Rose was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished… Loved ones that will miss Rose until they meet again are her husband John Fitzpatrick; her mother Virginia Ellis, her daughter Jennifer Fitzpatrick and her grandchildren Cameron and Isabelle.

Her brother Jon Ellis, Sr. (Cindy) and her sister Tina Dawson (John); nephews Jon, Jr. and Gary Ellis, Steven Fitzpatrick; brothers-in-law Chuck Fitzpatrick (Mary Jane), Doug Smith; sisters-in-law Debbie Rowell (Dean), Judy Fitzpatrick. Preceded in death by her father William Ellis. As per her request there will be no services and internment will be private.
