Funeral for Roy H. Traynom, 74, of Decatur will be Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Richie Thompson and Rev. Lynn Morgan officiating.

Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Mr. Traynom, who died Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born, July 2, 1943, to L. D. Traynom and Ruby Harvell Traynom.

He was the owner of Roy’s Plumbing and Repair. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Pat of 27 years, and son, Marty Putney Survivors include: Brother – John D Traynom, Sr. 3 Sisters – Shirley Henderson, Lois Robinette and Annie Mae Weathers 2 Sons – Gregg (Tammy) Traynom and Larry Putney 2 Daughters – Vonnie (Rick) Geiberger and Jo (Van) Autry 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Micah, Russell, Alex, Jordan, Taylor and Nathan.
