Obituary of Roy Williams Roy Gene Williams, 73, of Lumberton passed away Saturday February 16, 2019. He was born October 24, 1945 in Colmesneil, Texas to the late Beatrice Davis Williams and V Constance Williams. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Beverly Williams of Lumberton; daughter, Connie Brassfield and husband Gene of Lumberton; son, Roy Gene Williams Jr. of Beaumont; granddaughter, Carra Brassfield of Lumberton; and numerous other family members and friends.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Louise Williams and Barbara Carl; and brother, James Williams. Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Miller, Chuck Hanson, Curtis Hanson, Rufus Mullins Jr., Dock Mullins, Jimmy Davis, and Alex Davis. Visitation will be held Tuesday February 19, 2019 at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel from 12-1PM.

A funeral service will follow at 1PM with Brother Scott Mitchell officiating. Burial will be held at Warren City Cemetery.
