REED—Mrs. Ruby E. Reed, age 85 of Orange Park, FL passed away July 8, 2018. Ruby was born December 19, 1932 in Sevier County, TN, the last surviving of 8 children born to Robert Holloway Baxter and Isabelle Williams Baxter. Ruby worked as a telephone operator, but is best remembered for her many years of service as hostess of Famous Amos in Orange Park, and also for the loving care she gave in raising her family.

She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, James A. Reed in 2004. She is survived by her daughters Terri R. Reed, Patti Hamilton, and Jenni Fisher (Don); many other loving family members and friends. In honoring her wishes, Ruby will be laid to rest with her husband at Huskey Cemetery in Cosby, TN at a later date and under the care of Atchley Funeral Home, 118 East Main St. Sevierville, TN 37862.
