Pauline Cappellano Favotto, died at Haven Hospice Caring Center in Orange Park, FL on Friday, July 6, 2018. Born October 3, 1926, in Media, Pennsylvania, she and her husband Rudy initially moved to Jacksonville, FL in the 1950’s to raise their family and started a Italian Pizzeria. They were very charitable and generous people who fostered children and volunteered their time.

Pauline is loved by many for her Sicilian-Italian-Nana-love she had for young people and this is her lasting legacy. Survivors include her son, Arthur Favotto, daughters, Paula Whipple (David) & Maria Favotto Wells (Brett) and grandchildren, Chase Stevens, Sergeant USMC, David Whipple and Chris Whipple. She also leaves behind 2 great-grandchildren, Hannah Whipple and Aidan Whipple, nieces, Dolly, Debbie, Donna, Marian, Linda and many other family members.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Favotto, Bronze-Star, grandson Eric Whipple, sister, Marian Carter and Brothers, Paul and Joseph Cappellano and her parents, Giovanni and Marion Ganci Cappellano. Grave-side burial services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 11th, at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery in Orange Park, FL. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Haven Hospice in OP or any children’s charitable organization.
