Russell’s Obituary Russell Williams, 50, of Parkersburg passed away May 22, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born August 11, 1968 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of the late Alfred W. and Lucy Marie Keen Williams. He was a self-employed construction worker and enjoyed racing and spending time with family.

Russell is survived by his wife, Deneen Burgess Williams; a brother, Alfred William Williams, Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister, Rose Williams of Parkersburg; four nieces, Amanda, Amy, Shannon and Samantha; and one nephew, Christopher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Lou Williams; and a nephew, Timothy Estep. Funeral services will be 6 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg.

Visitation will from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
