OBITUARY Ruth E. Averett November 4, 1926 – July 25, 2018 Ruth Averett, age 92, of Northport, Ala. , died July 25, 2018, at Heritage Health & Rehab. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2018, at Memory Hill Gardens with Greg Strickland officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Survivors include her daughters, Lynn Averett and Kim Free (Tony); son, Chris Averett (Vicki); and grandchildren, Amber Joiner, T.J. Free, Scott Mize (Cindy) and Jason Mize (Rhonda). Mrs. Averett was preceded n death by her beloved Henry Averett.

She loved the Lord, and her family. She passed away peacefully and is now with the Lord. Honorary pallbearers are Mary Deerman, Fast and Easy Food Store, and Lester Vick.

Pallbearers will be T. J. Free, Scott Mize, Jason Mize and David Deerman.
