She was born on January 18, 1925 in Frankfort, OH to the late Vernon and Maude (DeLay) Lykins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 12 years, Henry Jacob Jaworski, her five brothers and sisters, and her grandson, Charles Anthony Skinner.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Linda Skinner; grandson, Michael Skinner Jr.; step-granddaughter, Amy Weeks; 9 great grandchildren; and other dear friends and family, many of whom live in Ross County.
