Funeral service for Ruth “Two Momma” Willis, age 88, of Decatur, will be Sunday, September 23, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Dallas Culver officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service.

Mrs. Willis, who passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born December 23, 1929, to the late James Orville Long and Foree Sapp Long. Mrs. Willis was secretary for Exxon Mobile Company, and Member of Austinville United Methodist Church for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Millsap; two husbands, Kenneth Vines and Donald Willis; her parents; and one grandson, Chris Millsap.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Welborn (Sandy) and Pam Siniard (Stuart); one sister, Barbara Blankenship; one son-in-law, Martin Millsap; six grandchildren, Missy Fagan (Brad), Stacey Cannady (Jeremy), Julie Weatherby (Jonathan), Kaitlyn Siniard, Chloe Siniard, and Tina Salisbury (Marte); 10 great-grandchildren, Austin Wiley, Emma Grace Cannady, Luke Cannady, Bess Cannady, Lily Cannady, Maddie Weatherby, Sophie Weatherby, Hunter Prater, Christopher Millsap, and Macy Millsap; two step-grandchildren, Laurie Phillips (Mark) and Stuart Vines (Rona); and seven step-great-grandchildren, Luke Phillips, Carolyn Grace Phillips, Chandler Vines, Jackson Vines, Lara Fagan, Lexi Fagan, and Seth Fagan.
