Obituary of Ruth Hoffman Ruth E. Hoffman nee Summers, 99, formerly of Blue Island, passed from this life Sunday, October 14, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late John Hoffman. The couple were united in marriage on March 30, 1946 at Bethany Reformed Church of Roseland.

Ruth is the loving mother of Patricia Hoffman and is the dear sister of Frank J.(Mary) Summers Jr. and the late Vern Summers, Eugene Summers and Marguerite Summers. Ruth was a long time resident of Blue Island. She was formerly employed as a manager at White Castle in Blue Island and also Roseland.

Cremation services will be private.
