She is survived by her parents, Cyndi (Twwo) Spann and Daniel (Jamie) Vincent; brother, Daniel Lee Mudge; niece, Peyton Mudge, half-brothers, Steven Louis Cash Vincent and Brody Vincent; step-siblings, Domonique Spann, Christopher Spann, Derek Spann and Sharquese Spann; grandparents, Cheri VandenBosch and Dave VandenBosch. A FUNERAL SERVICE for Samantha will be held 4:00 PM Monday, April 23, 2018 at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave. , 231-726-5210 with Pastor Josh Chittinden officiating.
