Samona Movita Myers age 71, of Philadelphia went home to be with Lord surrounded by her family Monday, March 4, 2019. She was of the Christian Faith and one of the sweetest person and loved by everyone. Preceded in death by her husband, Glen E. Myers, parents, Woodrow Charles and Geneva Greta Capps Surrett, brother, Donald Surrett.

Survived by, Son, Jesse Woodrow Myers Daughters, Mary “Cyndi” and John Hensley Samona “Sam” and Jeff Shuford Grandson, Johnny Hensley Granddaughters, Marie Shuford and Chloe Sunshine Lowe Sister, Linda and Grant Norris all of Philadelphia, TN Brother, Charles ad Elaine Surrett , of SC Brother-in-law, Robert Myers of CA Several nieces and nephews. Private graveside service was conducted on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 2 :00 PM in Blue Springs Cemetery. Sweetwater Memory Chapel in charge of the arrangements.
