OBITUARY Samuel Albert Johnson December 24, 1931 – November 26, 2018 Samuel Albert Johnson, 86, retired chemist after 37 yrs from Derby/Coastal Refinery entered eternal rest on Mon. , Nov. 26, 2018.

He was born on Dec. 24, 1931 in Konawa, OK to Daniel and Charity Johnson. They moved to Wichita in 1941, Samuel was a North High Graduate.

He served in The United States Marine Corp. Preceded by his parents, wife Carolyn and son Samuel Johnson. Survived by daughter Rebecca (Doug) Tyler, son Mike (Beth) Johnson, 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service, 11am, Sat. Dec. 1, 2018 at Hillside Funeral Home West Chapel with burial to follow at Old Mission Cemetery.

Memorial to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
