OBITUARY Sandra Ann L’Hoste Blanchard December 18, 1941 – January 23, 2019 Sandra Ann L’Hoste Blanchard passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of John Blanchard Sr. for 50 years. Loving mother of John Blanchard Jr. (Natasha) and Heather Blanchard.

Daughter of the late Henry and Anna Castillon L’Hoste. Sister of Cynthia Guerra (Bruce), Henry L’Hoste Jr. (Edith), Sylvia L’Hoste and the late Carolyn Nunez (the late Rudy). Proud grandmother of John Blanchard III, Grace Blanchard, Cole Caton Blanchard, Ava Caton Blanchard, Sage Caton Blanchard and Lohgen Cook.

Great grandmother of Kylen Letulle. Also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, especially Tanya Bradley and Darren Nunez. Sandra was born on December 18, 1941 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish before settling in Amite, LA.

She retired from the St. Bernard Parish Clerk of Court after many years of dedicated service. Sandra was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends and all of those whose lives she touched.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 PM.

She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery, St. Bernard, LA.
