Sandra E. Black, 64, Lancaster, Ohio (formerly of Indiana), died Friday, May 24, 2019 while at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio. The daughter of Paul Robert and Ethel May (O’Hearn) Walker, she was born June 16, 1954 in Indiana, PA. Sandra (Sandie) had been employed by Diamond Drug for seventeen years.

She was an avid elephant collector and enjoyed crocheting. The most important aspect of her life were her grandchildren who she loved more than anything. Sandie will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who maintained a positive outlook throughout her life.

Surviving are her daughters, Betsy A. (D.J.) Boldo, Lancaster, Ohio and Amanda L. (David) Crane, Saltsburg, PA; grandchildren, Kortney, Brittney, Anthony, and Nathaniel Boldo, Jordan, Dustin, and Kenny Crane; sister, Pauletta (David) Brown, Creekside. Preceding Sandie in death were her parents; husband, Dean; and a sister, Cindy Walker. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home, Indiana.

Funeral service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating.
