Obituary for Sandra Louise “Sandy” Harbaugh Siar Sandra Louise “Sandy” Harbaugh Siar, 65, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Mill Run, passed away unexpectedly Tue. Dec. 18, 2018 in UPMC East, Monroeville.

She was born Jan. 3, 1953 in Confluence a daughter of the late William Ray and Phyllis A. Rugg Harbaugh. Sandy was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the class of 1971.

She had worked in house keeping at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh for 31 years. Sandy enjoyed camping with her husband and family. Sandy will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her loving husband of 41 years James R. Siar, her children Stephanie Siar Simmerman and husband Jason of Fredericksburg, MD.

and Brandon S. Siar of Springdale, her grandchildren Alexis, Nora, and Zachary Simmerman, and Cade Siar, and her sisters Sharon Groh and husband John of Connellsville and Stacy Yauger and husband Tommy of Mill Run. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Celebration of Sandy’s life to be held Wed.
