70, of Providence, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Paul Medeiros. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Walsh) Salvatore and stepdaughter of the late Domenic Salvatore.

Sandra was a teacher for 19 years at the Providence Head Start and also for 6 years at the Genesis School. Besides her husband, she was the loving mother of Stacey Lefebvre and Daniel Lefebvre; cherished grandmother of Shane, Alicia, Quatia, Alexis, Daezhonie, Andre, Ava and great grandmother of Jose, Justin, Selena, Noah, and Tyrell; dear sister of Carol Bradley and Jennifer Taveras, and the late Joseph Leal. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. , Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Assumption of the BVM Parish, 791 Potters Ave. , Providence.

Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
