90, of Johnston, passed away at home on Friday, October 5, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Rocchio) Bryda. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Frank and Anna (Dziekiewicz) Bryda.

Wallace was a United States Marine Corps veteran serving in World War II. After his military service, he became a fireman for the City of Providence for 35 years before retiring. Wallace is predeceased by his late brother Frank Bryda.

He is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. , Cranston on Tuesday at 8:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston.

Burial with military honors will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.
