Sara Elizabeth Lewis passed away on October 15, 2018 in Springfield, Oregon at the age of 41. Sara was born to Gary and Shirley (Michael) Lewis on August 3, 1977 in Placerville, California. After graduating high school, Sara went on to work in the construction industry for over 20 years.

She enjoyed fishing, camping, and watching the Oakland Raiders. On May 27, 2017 Sara married Melissa Miech in Evansville, Wyoming. Sara was preceded in death by her father Gary Lewis and stepfather Gary Mulanix.

She is survived in death by her loving wife Melissa; stepsons Austin Rhines of Casper, WY, Alexander Miech of Casper, WY, and Dallas Dickinson of Cheyenne, WY; mother Shirley Mulanix; and siblings Gina, Becky, and Daniel.
