Obituary for Scott Zeiler Scott Zeiler, 50, died Saturday, June 23, 2018. Born November 22, 1967, in Clovis, New Mexico, he was a son of Allen Zeiler and the late Margaret Truesdale. Scott was employed by Sifco.

He was a well-known motorcycle enthusiast. Besides riding his Harley, he enjoyed fishing and cooking for large gatherings. His grandchildren were the highlights of his life.

Survivors include his father of Palm Coast, FL; four children, Bryan Partin, Scott Zeiler, Jr., and Aubri Zeiler all of Sumter, and Elizabeth Zeiler of Manning; 14 grandchildren; and a brother, Rick Zeiler of San Diego, CA. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 P.M. Thursday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Brandon Barkley officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 P.M. Thursday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of his son, Scott Zeiler, Jr. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
