Obituary for Neta Bozeman Neta McAlister Bozeman, affectionately known as “Nana”, widow of Charles W. Bozeman, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at her home. Born March 14, 1923, in Florence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Edward McAlister and the late Nancy Jordan McAlister. She was a member of Northside Memorial Baptist Church.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Charles Thomas “Tom” Bozeman (Nancy) of Summerton, Anne B. Millwood of Columbia, and Jerry Michael Bozeman (Debbie); seven grandchildren, Kevin Bozeman (Tonya), Nicki Knapp (Don), Dr. Chad Millwood (Lucia), Dr. Greg Millwood (Alisha), Ryan Millwood (Robyn), Beth Bozeman, and Mikey Bozeman (Lindsey); and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by seven siblings; and a son-in-law, Dr. Charles E. Millwood, Jr. Private graveside services will be held in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev.
