Setsuko de los Reyes Uncasville- Setsuko Kamitaki de los Reyes, 87, of Uncasville, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2019, at the Backus Hospital in Norwich. She was born August 28, 1931, in Tokyo, Japan, the daughter of Shizuo Nishi and Hide Kamitaki. She was the widow of Leon de los Reyes who predeceased her on December 20, 2011.

She is survived by two sons, Leon de los Reyes of New London, Bruce de los Reyes and his wife Diana of Gales Ferry; three daughters, Sharon Gardinier and her husband Richard of Plainfield, Linda de los Reyes of Groton, Lola Ryan and her husband Terrence of South Amboy, NJ. She has three sisters, Takako Mason of California, Sumiko Kamitaki of Japan, Yoshiko Hammer of California. There are three granddaughters and one great grandson.

Mrs. De los Reyes was predeceased by a son Michael de los Reyes. Calling hours are Sunday from 2- 5 PM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Ocean Ave. , New London.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 10 AM on Monday in the Connecticut Veteran Cemetery, Bow Lane, Middleton. Condolences may be shared on Mrs. de los Reyes’ memorial page at www. neilanfuneralhome.com.
