Simkins, 58, of Bainbridge, passed away 9:53 a.m. Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the residence of her daughter following a brief illness. She was born July 4, 1960, in Gahanna, Ohio to the late David and Gloria Blazer Eyre. Surviving are a special friend, Robert Ford, of Bainbridge; a daughter, Stephene Simkins, of Waverly, OH; grandchildren, Breanna (Austin) Fields, Brandon (fiancée Leren) Seymour, Erin Simkins, Megan Simkins, Joseph Manson, and Morgan Simkins; a great-grandaughter, Dakota Fields; a brother, Chuck (Judy) Eyre and a sister, Brenda (Robert) Gordon, both of Chillicothe.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Samantha Simkins and a sister, Teresa Eyre. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2019. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.
