Sharon Louise Swiger, 74 of Clarksburg, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 5, 1944 in Clarksburg; the daughter of the late Anna Lee Wagner. Sharon retired as a manager for Hardee’s.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. Sharon is survived by one son, Gene A Swiger Jr. and Bobbi, Clarksburg; five grandchildren, Maggie Swiger, Moundsville, Steven Swiger and Courtney, Dallas, TX, Derek Thompson and Chelsie, Alec Frazier and Jacinda Swiger all of Clarksburg; eight great grandchildren, Jessika, Taylah, Aleecia, Jayceon, Cassandra, Brielle, Beau, and Connar; one brother, Gary A McNemar, Clarksburg, several nieces and nephews; very close friends, Rebecca Stire, Shawna Cogar and sons, Alton and Sawyer. In addition to her mother, Sharon is preceded in death by her daughter, Connie J. Swiger.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 2:00PM until time of Funeral Service at 4:00PM with Pastor Richard Settles presiding. Private Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Amedisys Hospice, 67 Casino Drive #102, Anmoore, WV 26323.
