OBITUARY Shirley Ann Adams September 30, 1938 – January 14, 2019 Shirley Ann Adams, 80, passed away on January 14, 2019. She was born on September 30, 1938 in Bardwell, KY to the late Taylor & Murrel Greer. Shirley was a graduate of East Side High School from the class of 1956.

She was a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Also was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Belleville, IL. Some of Shirley’s favorite hobbies included tennis, dancing, and jazz.

Shirley will forever be remembered as a woman whose world revolved around her daughters. Preceeding Shirley in passing are her parents, and her sister, Carolyn Faye Risavy. Leaving to cherish her memory are her daughters, Susan (Donald) Francis of Charleston, SC, Lynette (Thomas) Korte of Isle of Palms, SC, Cynthia (Herman) Wilson Jr. of Caseyville, IL; grandchildren, Michael (Elizabeth) Francis of Dallas, TX, Tyler (Savannah) Francis of Los Angeles, CA, Paige Korte of Nashville, TN, Brooke Korte of Charlotte, NC, Cameron and Connor Wilson of Caseyville, IL; brother-in-law, Arthur Risavy; niece, Anne-Marie Risavy; nephew, Arthur (Rhonda) Risavy; great nephew, AJ Risavy, and numerous extended family and friends.
