Shirley Annette Chambers (Head) Mrs. Shirley Annette Chambers March 22, 1935 – April 25, 2018 Mrs. Shirley Annette Chambers, age 83, of Griffin, GA, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Pruitt Health Care surrounded by her family. Mrs. Chambers was born on March 22, 1935, in Griffin, GA, to the late Harris Head and the late Hazel Head. She was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church.

Mrs. Chambers is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Chambers; sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher Chambers, and Robin and Amie Chambers; grandchildren, Jonathan Chambers, Cambrie Chambers, Emily Chambers, Maggie Chambers, Madison Chambers, and Cody Chambers; and great granddaughter, Phoebe Chambers; brother-in-law, Jerry Chambers; and special cousin, Peggy Terrell. Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Annette Chambers will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Reverend John Nance will officiate.

Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, from 11:00 am until the service hour at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home 1512 Williamson Rd.
