Shirley Hall March 03, 1954 – February 08, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Carolina Community- Shirley Allyson Hall, 64, died Friday, February 8, 2019 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born in Tupelo, March 3, 1954 to Charles Allyson and Elaine Mize Gregory. Early in life, she worked as a phlebotomist at North Mississippi Medical Center.

Her passion for cooking later led her to being a cook at several restaurants in Nettleton. Shirley loved her children, grandchildren, neices, nephews and Tinker, her dog. She enjoyed reading, being outdoors and attending her grandchildren’s ballgames.

She was outgoing and loved talking to and meeting new people. Shirley attended Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Corey Bishop and his wife, Heather of Tremont and Greg Bishop of Mantachie; eight grandchildren, Logan Bishop, Michael Bishop, Noah Bishop, Chase Bishop, Hayden Bishop, Lexa Bishop, Rylan Bishop and Talen Bishop; two sisters, Joyce Long and her husband, Buddy of Mooreville and Betsy Dunn and her husband, Danny of Plantersville; and brother, Charlie Gregory and his wife, Laura of the Furrs Community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Gregory and Elaine Gregory Pope; and one infant brother, Forrest Pope, Jr. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www. peguesfuneralhome.com.
