Shirley Mae Rathbun, age 84, of St. Cloud died on Monday, May 28, 2018 at the Talahi Care Center in St. Cloud. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 Pm on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in the Eden Lake Cemetery in Eden Valley. Shirley Mae Roach, the daughter of Egbert and Clara (Goble) Roach, was born on April 26, 1934 in St. Cloud.

She grew up in Eden Valley and graduated from Eden Valley High School in 1954. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Rathbun in Darwin in 1954. They moved to Spencer Iowa where she worked for Eatons Corporation until she retired in 1988.

She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. She is survived by her children Linda Cain of Glenwood, William Rathbun of Tucson, AZ and Judy Rathbun of Melrose; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a brother Richard Roach of Mt. Iron, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Russell Roach and Gordon Roach and sisters Donna Madden and Shala Stewart.
