Mr. Silvestre Aguilar-Carrillo, 88, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018, at his home in Salisbury. Born in Mexico on November 23, 1929, he had been a permanent resident in the United States for many years. He was a farmer and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Salisbury.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marie Carman Rico-Gonzalez; one son, ReFugio Aguilar-Rico and wife, Marie, of Salisbury; two daughters, Marie Aguilar-Rico of Salisbury and Ana Aguilar-Rico of Mexico; nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville.
