Obituary for Sohan Lal Bhardwaj Sohan Lal Bhardwaj, age 89, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2018, surrounded by loved ones. He was born in a small village, Sarih, Punjab India on March 7, 1929. Formerly from Jalandhar, Sohan immigrated to the U.S. in 1976 and settled in Yuba City, California with his family where he worked as a farm laborer to provide his children with a better quality of life.

He is survived by his son Rakesh; his three daughters, Suman, Manju and Seema; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family would like to invite everyone whose lives he touched to congregate and celebrate his life at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, Sunday, June 10, 2018, at 11:00 am. Prayers and lunch will follow the funeral procession at the Sri Narayan Mandir on Franklin Road in Yuba City.
