Obituary for Stephanie Ann Farley Stephanie Ann Farley, 47, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Tuesday October 16, 2018 with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, KY on July 3, 1971 and was daughter of the late David Farley. Over her years she enjoyed attending college and studying child development.

She was a very devoted and caring mother to her son Slone Farley of Beaver Dam. In addition to her son she is survived by her mother Deborah “Debbie” Martin (Glenn) of Beaver Dam. Her sisters, Jennifer Callaway (Peabody) of Beaver Dam, Kimberly Farley-Daugherty of Hartford and Cherie Stanley-Stone (Danny) of Beaver Dam.

In addition to, eleven nieces and nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew. Life celebration and memorial service information will be announced in the near future. The family requests expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations and may be made to Hospice of Ohio County 1211 Main Street Hartford, KY 42347.
