Obituary for Stephen E. McIntosh Stephen E. McIntosh, age 65, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. Stephen was born in Middletown, OH on July 18, 1953. Stephen dedicated his life to selflessly taking care of the people he loved, especially his family, who always came first for him.

Stephen liked to travel, especially to Florida and was an OSU football. He was a retiree with AK Steel. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Stephen is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sally (Nash) McIntosh; son, Craig (Rachel) McIntosh of Redlands, CA; daughter, Katie (Rob) Buchheit of West Chester, OH; granddaughter, Adaline McIntosh; brother, Greg (Tammy Baugh) McIntosh of Bloomington, IN. Arrangements are pending at this time. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the American Heart Association.
