Stephen Eugene Wilcox Stephen Eugene Wilcox Lubec Stephen Eugene Wilcox ,69, born July 24, 1948 in Lubec at Adia Maloney’s, passed away April 23, 2018 at DECH after a long battle with Agent Orange Exposure from Vietnam. Stevie was an outdoor enthusiast. He always loved hunting, fishing, camping, crusing around town in his truck, and gabbing to all his friends.

He also loved spending time with his family, making memories and sharing life experiences. Stevie was a member of the Lubec American Legion Post #65 for 25 years. A Decorated Veteran from the Vietnam War.

He was a lobsterman for 30 years after returning home from War. He was predeceased by his parents Burton and Dorothy Wilcox. He is survived by his brother Lawrence Wilcox of Middletown, CT, and his sister Zona (Wilcox) Beal of Jonesport; his significant other of 25 years, Sonja Bailey; his children: Scott Thistlewood, Nathan Wilcox, and Zona Barrett; step-children: Michele Bernard, Brian Bailey and Kayla Corey; his grandchildren: Kyle and Krysten Wilcox, Logan, Matty and Noah Henderson, Darrian Barker, Hunter and Jacob Bailey, and Marley Pillsbury.
