Steve Richardson was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He enlisted in the Army specializing as a Quartermaster. He later enlisted in the Air Force going on to be a Medic.

His experiences in the military inspired his lifelong love of travel. He and Donna Richardson, his wife of 64 years, traveled to the four corners of the world, often with their two sons, Dale and Steven. Steve spent the majority of his career afterwards with General Motor’s Terex Division in Parts.

His promotions led to a move to the Dallas area in a Regional role, then to Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to oversee the import, export, and fabrication of parts to supply South American and African customers. He is survived by his wife, Donna Richardson, his sons Dale and Steven along with Steven’s wife of 30 years, Jane, and their two daughters Taylor and Julie, Julie’s fiance Martin Salinas, and their son Emiliano. Final arrangements are being provided by Hughes Family Tribute Center with final resting at the DFW National Cemetery.
