Steven’s Obituary Steven Hall, 64, passed away at Ava’s Hospice House on May 4, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Steven Harry Hall was born Oct 7, 1954 to Donna Hall and Al Hall, Jr He graduated from Lincoln High School and was a lifelong Sioux Falls resident.

Steve loved hunting and fishing, especially with his dad. He was a kind, quiet soul who loved animals, even the squirrels and wild turkey that visited his patio. He worked at Holiday Inn for 27 years, and recently was working at Kohl’s.

It was his very kind and compassionate managers at Kohl’s who noticed he was having a health issue. Two incredible managers there took him to the doctor and paid for his appointment. He was diagnosed with cancer.

He fought long and hard but there was no cure. He is survived by 2 sisters, Char (Randy) Wilson, Cedar Park, TX, Loreen (Brad) Mousel, Sioux Falls, and one brother, Loren Hall, Sioux Falls. A casual committal service will be held at a future date at Mt Pleasant Cemetery in Sioux Falls.

In case of rain, the gathering will be in the chapel at Mt Pleasant. Thank you to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, hospice workers and volunteers who helped Steve during his illness.
