Ms. Sue Price, 75, of 7th Avenue NE, Hickory, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Trinity Village of Hickory. Ms. Price was born July 8, 1942 in Alexander County, the daughter of the late Lloyd St. Clair and Agie Mae Wike St. Clair. She was of the Christian faith and was an avid reader.

She loved music and to sing in the choirs where she attended church. Including her parents, she was preceded in death by: five brothers, Hub St. Clair, Gene St. Clair, Fred St. Clair, Lawrence St. Clair, James St. Clair; a grandson, Kody Payne; daughter-in-law, Michelle Price. Those left to cherish her memory include: two daughters, Renae Price (Charles Allured), Pat Payne (Monty); two sons, David Price (April), Brian Price; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Lillie Mae Loudermelk (Dee); a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Greg Yeager will officiate. The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff of Trinity Village for their loving and compassionate care of their mother during her illness.
